My first impression of Elena was that she is extremely organized, prompt, knows how to read people and most importantly knows the North County coastal area in San Diego unbelievably well.  When it came time for me to buy a condo/home, E.T. was an easy choice to use as a realtor.  Elena understands that the key to both her and customer's success is knowing and understanding their needs and preferences.  She asks a lot of questions and spends time getting to know you and your likes/dislikes.  She involves you in the process fromthe beginning....if you're a first time buyer, she will give you honest feedback on what you can/can't afford as well as educate you on the process as well as the do's and dont's of homebuying.  Being extremely busy in my job at the time when E.T. and I were home shopping, it was comforting to know that she was at the wheel and driving the process (I didn't know E.T. could drive!).  At the same time, she wasn't afraid to let me know when something needed to be done on my end.  Although extremely busy herself, she was in constant touch and walked me through everything, step-by-step.  She also wasn't afraid to give homework assignments (listings for drive by's, reading material) as well, which was great because it got me up to speed in the basics of home buying as well as providing me the opportunity to learn more about my own likes/dislikes.  The drive-by's we did were well thought out and got progressively better each time out as she fine tuned our properties to fit my developing tastes. I firmly believe she is to credit in the fact that I have never second guessed my decision in that she did an outstanding job as my agent. -M.
